During your one-hour CheckedAndSet call, we review your FedEx Express pilot application for a multitude of things including content, format, spelling, and grammar. We host a guided one on one discussion designed to make sure that there are no surprises in the selection process, and help you ensure that you are presenting yourself in the best possible manner. Our meetings are all conducted via GoToMeeting allowing you to view our screen as we show you the best ways to modify your applications. Post call, make your edits and then send us the revised version to that we can check it against our notes from the call. We provide a one-time email follow up to ensure you are meeting the expectations of your targeted airline. If you still need Additional Assurance, more time with us can be purchased in 30 minute blocks.
Here are the top five list of things to do before booking an appointment with us:
5- Read the application directions. Each airline is different which means you have to pay attention.
4- Physically print your application when you are reviewing your own work. It is much easier to see the errors this way.
3- Give the airline what they are asking for. All too often applicants leave out data that is specifically requested by the airline
2- Update your applications regularly. We recommend no less than once every 30 days at a minimum.

When booking your appointment, we like to look at the application the same way that the airline does so be sure to ‘print’ to PDF from the ‘Review my App’ button in airlineapps, or the ‘Print my App’ button on pilotcredentials. We never want access to your username and password, the only person making changes to your application is you.
